الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage reservations and walkins ensuring smooth seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism escalating issues to management if necessary.
- Assist with opening and closing duties including cleaning restocking and preparing the restaurant for the next shift.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
- Fluent English (Preferable second languages Russian or Arabic)
- Previous experience as a hostess (if beach club is perfect)
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings weekends and public holidays
About the Job:
- Onsite Full Time (6 days a week with 1 day off)
- 8 hours per day with 1 hour break
- Timings shifts (10am 1am)
- Salary basic / accommodation / transportation allowance total 6k AED food allowance 650AED Service charge Tips
- Medical Insurance / Visa / Flight allowance
- Uniform provided by the Company
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken) (Preferable second languages Russian or Arabic)
- Previous experience as a reservations agent
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings weekends and public holidays
