We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to oversee SEVEN s digital landscape. This individual will lead efforts to optimise and enhance our websites manage paid advertising and improve user engagement across digital channels.

The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable in website management UI/UX and datadriven advertising with a strong understanding of Webflow Figma and Zoho.


Key Responsibilities

Website Management:

Maintain and update SEVEN s websites using Webflow ensuring content is relevant accurate and aligned with brand standards.

Collaborate with designers developers and the brand team to enhance website functionality and improve user experience.

Oversee SEO optimisation improve page loading times and manage plugins and thirdparty integrations to drive conversions.


Paid Advertising & Campaign Management:

Plan implement and optimise paid advertising campaigns across channels such as Google Ads Facebook Instagram and YouTube.

Analyse performance data and refine targeting bidding and ad creative to maximise ROI.

Work with our brand team to produce compelling brandaligned ad content that resonates with target audiences.

UI/UX Optimisation:

Utilise Figma to collaborate on UI/UX improvements creating wireframes and prototypes for seamless user experiences.

Enhance website usability navigation and overall user experience optimising for both desktop and mobile devices.

Develop landing pages and implement changes that support lead generation and user retention.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Track and report on key metrics related to digital performance user engagement and campaign ROI.

Conduct A/B testing and monitor campaign effectiveness adjusting strategies based on datadriven insights.

Share insights with the brand team to inform broader brand and content strategies.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in digital marketing specifically in website management and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in Webflow Figma Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Ads SEO and CMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and experience working with web development teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret and act on data insights.

Education
