Job Posting: Waiter Required
Position: Waiter
Type: Full Time / Part Time
Job Description:
As a waiter you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each patron enjoys a pleasant dining experience from greeting them at the door to the completion of their meal. This position requires a blend of interpersonal skills attention to detail and a deep knowledge of our menu offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and make them feel welcome.
Present the menu provide recommendations and take orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards.
Monitor and respond to guests needs throughout their dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Handle customer inquiries complaints and special requests with professionalism.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is an advantage.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality services are a plus.
