Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing.
3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry or a similar field.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and real estate market dynamics.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid real estate licence.
