We are looking for an experienced Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the UAE real estate market and a deep understanding of Dubais property landscape. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide expert guidance to clients ensuring they find the ideal properties for their needs and investment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with property sales and rental transactions providing comprehensive information about the Dubai real estate market
- Build and maintain a network of property owners investors and clients to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct property viewings negotiations and sales transactions with professionalism and accuracy
- Keep uptodate with market trends property values and legal requirements to provide accurate advice to clients
- Develop and present customized property solutions based on clients needs and investment goals
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions interactions and client communications
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role within the UAE real estate market
- Indepth knowledge of Dubais real estate market regulations and property values
- Strong networking and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of client inquiries
