Were looking for a B2C Channel Marketing Manager to join our commercial team in Dubai United Arab Emirates.

What youll do

OPERATIONAL

  • Drives consistent channel strategy incl. channel segmentation and in store/shopper marketing activities.
  • Supports channel offer optimization.
  • Collaborates with marketing sales and channel/account management to define and deliver tools and programs that are effective sustainable scalable and measurable.
  • Leads partnerrelated launch efforts for products services and platforms.

FINANCIAL

  • Manages revenues and IGM targets within the assigned Channel.
  • Develops metrics forecasts analyzes and reports monthly on channel marketing spend and return by account. Adjust plans & objectives when appropriate.

CUSTOMER

  • Understanding the customer journey and how to realize a seamless experience both online and offline
  • Designs Channel activities and programs focused on Channel market needs
  • Defines operating principles and rules of engagement with customers

PEOPLE

  • Drives cross functional collaboration strategic focus and organization agility.
  • Influences a winning spirit embedding our culture in the channel sales teams
  • Drives cross functional collaboration strategic focus and organization agility.

  • Building collateral for partner channels (banners webpages social posts)
  • Able to manage media buying for always on campaigns
  • Strong understanding of paid search SEO SEM social mobile app (development)
  • Strong focus on B2B eCommerce Focus on analytics and set KPIs accordingly:
  • Understand how to translate analytical data / dashboards into improvements
