PROJECT MANAGEMENT ANALYST - YOSH

Success Factor:

Supporting project management with analysis reporting and datadriven insights to ensure timely and effective project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Management team by providing analysis and reporting on project status and performance
• Assist in developing project plans tracking progress and document management
• Consolidate and follow up on meeting actions ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
• Gather and analyze data related to project metrics timelines and budgets
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and Principals
• Identify and document project issues and risks resulting in a productive resolution
• Maintain project documents and ensure it is uptodate and accurate
• Provide support in project planning and coordination activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration project management or a related field
• Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is desirable
• 5 of years experience in project management

Key Capabilities:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities
