Overview:
As the Project Manager at Inception you will be responsible for overseeing the planning execution and delivery of AI projects ensuring they meet business goals and deadlines. Reporting to the Director AI Delivery you will manage crossfunctional teams coordinate project activities and ensure that AI initiatives are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
The opportunity
The Project Manager is a role focused on managing the lifecycle of AI projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders implementing project management best practices and ensuring that AI projects align with the companys strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI project management a strong technical background and a proven ability to lead complex projects.
Inception is the UAEs nationalscale enabler in AI Research and Development. Partnering with Microsofts AI SaaS we offer domainspecific Agentic AI Orchestrator platforms utilizing reasoning agents for precise and costeffective services. Our focus includes AI incubation IP creation applied AI R&D and AI investment products. By creating models tailored to specific domains and languages we ensure superior accuracy and efficiency. Collaborating with top universities and industry giants to drive significant advancements in AI technology within the region.
Responsibilities:
As an Project Manager you will be responsible for managing and delivering AI projects to achieve Inceptions strategic goals. Your role will encompass a range of activities focused on project planning execution and stakeholder management.
o Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
o Develop detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.
o Lead and manage crossfunctional project teams including data scientists engineers and analysts.
o Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
o Communicate project status progress and outcomes to stakeholders including senior management.
o Facilitate effective collaboration between project teams and other departments.
o Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
o Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and risk logs.
Qualifications:
Skills and attributes for success
o Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering AI or a related field is required. A Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on AI or technology projects.
o Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex AI projects.
o Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum) and tools (e.g. JIRA Trello).
To qualify for the role you must have
o Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
o Excellent project management and organizational skills.
o Strong leadership and team management abilities.
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in project management tools and software.
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
