Club Manager

Our client a leading hospitality group looking for a Club Manager to join their team and take their establishment to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daytoday operations of the club ensuring smooth running and an exceptional experience for members and guests.
• Lead motivate and manage staff across various departments including reception service events and security.
• Maintain and enforce the highest levels of customer service addressing any member concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage the clubs budget control expenses and oversee financial performance to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Plan and execute events activities and programs that engage and entertain members.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain current members.
• Ensure compliance with all health safety and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote club events memberships and activities.
• Monitor and maintain the clubs facilities and equipment coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep.
• Prepare regular reports on club performance membership status and operational issues for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field.
• 23 years of experience in a management role preferably in a club hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage train and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent customer service communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in managing budgets controlling expenses and improving profitability.
• Experience in event planning marketing and membership sales is a plus.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality operations.
