Key Responsibilities:

• Test and Optimize AI Tools: Lead the exploration and implementation of AIdriven tools across different departments ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in business operations.
  

• Develop Internal Tools & Web Apps: Utilize AI to build internal tools or web applications that enhance productivity and address business challenges.
  

• Create Voice and Text Chatbots: Develop and refine AIpowered chatbots (both voice and text) to improve customer service automate processes and increase engagement.
  

• Enhance Marketing and Sales Processes: Use AI to optimize marketing strategies and sales funnels boosting overall conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  

• Champion AI Adoption: Work closely with various teams to train guide and encourage the adoption of AIdriven processes. Become the goto expert for team members looking to integrate AI into their daily workflows.
  

• Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Partner with senior executives and leadership teams to align AI initiatives with the company s broader strategic goals ensuring that AI tools deliver maximum business impact.
  

• Research & Document Best Practices: Conduct indepth research on the latest AI technologies and best practices documenting findings and building a knowledge base for ongoing AI initiatives.
  

• Automation & Workflow Optimization: Assist in the creation of AIdriven automation systems that reduce manual tasks streamline workflows and drive productivity.
  

• Share Learnings & Impact: Consistently document progress insights and lessons learned and share them across the business to ensure that knowledge is transferred and scalable.
  

Requirements

• Passion for AI: Deep enthusiasm for generative AI machine learning and emerging technologies with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools.
