Service Engineer - Heavy Equipment Machinery

Our client a leader in the heavy machinery industry is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting and maintenance for heavy equipment ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onsite inspections and diagnostics of heavy machinery including various types of Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs) and their components. This includes Boom Lifts Scissor Lifts Telehandlers Spider Lifts Forklifts and TruckMounted Lifts.
  
• Provide technical assistance and support to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
  
• Develop and implement service plans to address equipment issues and optimize performance.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  
• Train clients and staff on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
  
• Maintain accurate records of service activities repairs and customer interactions.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in heavy machinery technology.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  
• Proven 5 years experience with Aerial Work Platforms (AWPs) and Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs) including Boom Lifts Scissor Lifts Telehandlers Spider Lifts Forklifts and TruckMounted Lifts.
  
• Experience with brands such as Komatsu JLG Haulotte Genie Palazzani Comet and other relevant brands.
  
• Candidates currently based in the UAEKSA and Qatar who are available for a facetoface interview.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals schematics and diagrams.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  
• Valid UAE KSA and Qatar driving license is preferred.
