Job Title: PR & Marketing Manager
Location: Dubai UAE
Employment Type: FullTime
Salary: AED 20000 AED 35000 per month (competitive and commensurate with experience)
About Us:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative PR & Marketing Manager to join their team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and resultsoriented individual to play a pivotal role in elevating our brand awareness and reputation within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive PR and marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Manage all aspects of media relations building and maintaining strong relationships with local media outlets and journalists.
- Secure positive media coverage for the company in print online and broadcast media.
- Craft compelling press releases media kits and other communication materials.
- Manage and optimize the companys social media presence across various platforms.
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness and leads.
- Organize and manage press conferences events and other promotional activities.
- Monitor media trends and competitor activity providing insights and recommendations.
- Analyze PR and marketing campaign performance measuring ROI and making datadriven adjustments.
- Manage the PR and marketing budget effectively.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a PR or marketing role preferably within the UAE.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing PR and marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of the UAE media landscape and excellent relationshipbuilding skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Highly creative and resourceful with the ability to develop innovative and engaging content.
- Proficient in social media management tools and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong connections within the local news media community is a significant advantage.
