Job Purpose:

Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do creating a better business and a better world. If you are interested to plan and execute various activities as per company strategy to secure our products availability and visibility on the marketplace then this role is just for you!

What will your main responsibilities be

  • To achieve monthly sales and collection Targets.

  • To negotiate and finalize Business Development Agreement with customer.

  • Achieve Perfect Stores Target on monthly basis. Implement annual Business Development Agreements.

  • Plan/execute the brand activations for the customer while coordinating with all stakeholders in advance for smooth and timely .

  • Periodic shop visits to control the visibility availability pricing promotions competitor events.

  • Control of the credit notes/money collections and making sure raising Credit notes on time.

  • To Maintain clean and reconciled books of account. To identify and highlight customer opportunities report and share competitors activities.

  • To maintain stock holding reports for warehouse customer.

  • Communication with Key Account Customers Headquarters & Supermarket Staff on the shop floor.

  • Good communication among the internal departments (Marketing Finance Supply Chain Customer Marketing & Cat Ops Sales and merchandising team).

What you need to succeed

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business administration.

  • 5 Years Experience in Sales and Key Account Management experience preferably within FMCG industry.

  • Negotiation Ss.

  • Growth Mindset.

  • Team Commitment.

  • Has Customer management and selling essentials.

  • Objective ytical Power.

  • Influencing Others.

  • Excellent communication ss.

  • Valid Driving License.

  • Full proficiency of English and Arabic language.

  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships and manage effectively at a store/customer level.

  • Understanding channel & customers levers to build compelling selling stories that land key priorities and drive mutual growth.

  • Strong ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization (internally & externally).

  • Strong Bias for action to drive through change with multiple markets /stakeholders. Business Development & channel strategy building.
