About the role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Expert Product (UX/UI) Designer to join our dynamic and innovative Customer Experience (CX) team in UAE. As a key member of our creative and collaborative team the ideal candidate will be openminded highly experienced and proactive in engaging directly with frontline sales efforts. This role is pivotal in transforming opportunities into successful projects. As an Expert Product (UI/UX) Designer you will be responsible for yzing our Clients current strategies identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions to enhance productivity and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ss and a pion for creating stunning and useroriented products.
Our client is a technology business that runs largescale transformation engagements across various verticals including the public sector. You will be part of a key initiative to modernize a nationwide government platform through comprehensive digital transformation. By leveraging advanced web portals mobile applications CRM systems predictive ytics and AI our dynamic team aims to enhance and streamline core services for government officials the legal ecosystem and citizens. Our primary focus is on ensuring seamless integration scalability and adherence to rigorous performance and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CX strategies to increase efficiency and revenue
• Deeply yse customers and business problems to identify the pain points
• Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to problems
• Oversee project management ensuring highquality delivery within deadlines
• Strategically think of the product from high level to connect the missing dots
• Present your design work and articulate your design decisions
• Update the acceptance criteria and define the logic to your work
• Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation design review and feedback in the final test build and after release
• Partner with the owners to develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy for our clients ensuring all designs align with brand goals and target markets
• Work closely with highly talented User Researchers Product Designers Product Managers Business ysts and Lead Developers
• Work holistically across multiple platforms to solve problems
• Manage design workflow ensuring projects are completed on time and budget
• Oversee the use of design ets and manage digital et libraries
• Above all Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all round the world

Requirements

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Design (UI/UX/Digital Design) or equivalent
• At least 8 years of professional experience in B2B/SaaS and B2C in the digital industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Expert Product Designer
• Proven experience in Clevel stakeholder management and leading remote design teams
• Have strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI with deep understanding of odologies including user research prototyping and usability testing
• Proficiency in Figma MIRO Maze Dovetail and data ytic tools
• Strong understanding and experience with design systems ensuring design consistency and scalability
• Ability to transform wireframes into highfidelity screens that convey the desired user experience
• Experience working in crossdisciplinary teams including product managers developers and other designers
• Strong market dynamics understanding and strategic positioning ss for company products and services
• Deep knowledge of digital product design
• Experienced workshop facilitator with excellent project management ss
