Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a visual designer with a strong portfolio that showcases both 3D graphics and marketing design expertise. Background in financial technology or trading sectors is a major bonus.
  
• Proficient in 3D design tools such as Blender Cinema 4D or Maya with a demonstrated ability to create and manage animations models and visually impactful 3D elements for marketing campaigns.
  
• Advanced understanding of core design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) with optional knowledge of motion graphics tools (e.g. After Effects Webflow Spline).
  
• Extensive experience in developing ets for multichannel marketing including digital ads social media content emails and landing pages. Demonstrated ability to translate highlevel brand and marketing strategies into cohesive impactful designs.
  
• A creative thinker with a proven track record of devising design solutions that meet both strategic goals and aesthetic standards.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication ss with the ability to effectively present complex design concepts to both creative and noncreative teams.
