Job Description: The Executive Secretary will be responsible for providing highlevel administrative support to senior management. Duties include managing calendars coordinating meetings handling correspondence preparing reports and documents and maintaining confidential files. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an executive support role.
Experience in document control calendar management and meeting coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
