Planning Manager-Contracting

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead the planning and scheduling functions for largescale infrastructure projects Electrical Projects and other civil works. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines resource allocation and coordination ensuring ontime withinbudget delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules for infrastructure projects.
  
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure alignment of project deliverables with infrastructure objectives.
  
• Lead project risk assessments and mitigation planning for complex infrastructure developments.
  
• Oversee the planning process from preconstruction to project handover ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  
• Conduct resource planning and manage manpower and equipment allocation for infrastructure projects.
  
• Use Primavera P6 and other relevant software to track project milestones and deliverables.
  
• Manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders including municipalities and utility companies.
  
• Perform critical path analysis delay management and recommend corrective actions for any deviations in project schedules.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Infrastructure Management or related field.
  
• 12 years of experience in infrastructure project planning & and civil engineering.
  
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and other project planning software.
  
• Strong understanding of civil construction processes and government regulations for infrastructure development.
  
• Proven experience in managing largescale infrastructure projects from planning to .
  

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in PMP or similar project management programs.
  
• Expertise in contracts procurement and largescale project management.
