As the Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) team our goal is to act as business thought partners and drive business growth through sales policy design efficiency and process improvement and data analysis. Were a global function with regional hubs and are expanding our team

As our newest Sales Incentives Analyst for our Monetization Strategy & Operations team you will join our global team working with our sales and crossfunctional teams globally. This role focuses on leading sales policy design and owning the sales bonus calculation process and conducting data analysis to support policy iterations and targetsetting accuracy while working crossfunctionally to enable our sales leaders and teams as experts on our entire sales incentive cycle.

As part of this role you will:
1. Collaborate with the global sales excellence team to design the sales performance evaluation policy for sales teams.
2. Partner with the global sales excellence team additional sales incentives specialists from other regions and the HRBP team to formulate the implementation of the sales incentive policy.
3. Work with the CRM product managers to iterate and refine the automated sales incentive calculation tool.
4. Calculate the sales performance results to ensure accurate incentive delivery based on the sales incentive scheme.
5. Communicate the performance evaluation results with the sales team and track the incentive payout status.
6. Regularly conduct sales incentives analysis and provide reports to the sales leadership team and relevant departments. Offer suggestions and data outputs to optimize the sales incentive policy and continuously improve the design and implementation of the sales incentive program.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 13 years in a relevant working environment ideally in management consulting sales operations or technology companies.
2. Exhibits good business acumen strong analytical skills international mindset ability to work in a global environment.
3. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to independently multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
4. Ability to build trust and manage stakeholders make datadriven decisions and effectively navigate through challenges.
5. Fluent in English and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Powerpoint etc.).

Preferred qualifications:
1. Relevant experience in the digital advertising industry is an additional advantage.
2. Background in working with sales incentive policy or any other sales policies design.
3. Proficiency in CRM and BI Tools.
