We re recruiting a Senior Property Consultant for one of our clients based in UAE.
About Our Client:
Our client is a visionary developer of premier integrated lifestyle communities and destinations offering more than just properties they create inspirational lifestyle experiences. With a deep understanding of the growing demand for contemporary community living they are dedicated to enriching people s lives by crafting vibrant modern environments that foster connection and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate lead generation initiatives to develop new prospects and drive sales growth
- Take direct accountability for achieving and surpassing sales objectives
- Meet with potential clients and prospects to present and offer real estate deals
- Engage effectively with clients to understand their preferences and property requirements
- Accompany buyers on property visits and inspections providing advice on the suitability and value of homes
- Oversee property deal closings ensuring the proper signing of documents and disbursement of funds
- Monitor the property market to identify potential clients and secure brokering opportunities
- Adhere to performance standards to ensure accountability and efficient of sales activities
- Foster clear and transparent communication with team members and other departments
- Compile and analyze sales data preparing reports for management review
- Support customer affairs by providing relevant information to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in special promotions and attend sales exhibitions or functions as required
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to discuss future business opportunities
