Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
Bachelors in Information Technology or any related degree is required.

Strong knowledge of operating systems Windows macOS and Linux.
2.
Experience in installing and maintaining computers printers and network devices.
3.
Foundational understanding of network concepts like TCP/IP DHCP DNS.
4.
Knowledge of basic information security principles and security procedures.
5.
Provide technical support to users by phone email or in person.
6.
Resolve complex technical problems related to hardware software and networks.
7.
Manage and follow up on the technical support system and ensure quick resolution.
8.
Provide training and technical support to users on how to use hardware and software.
9.
Create and update user guides and procedures.
10.
Work closely with other IT team members to ensure integrated technical services.
11.
Escalate more complicated issues to specialized teams when necessary.
12.
Participate in IT projects related to system and infrastructure upgrades.
13.
Execute the tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
