Project Manager Sr. Site Engineer Construction Jobs in Dubai

Job Description:

Our client a leading contracting company in Dubai is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager Sr. Site Engineer to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate must have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field be present in the UAE and possess a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan manage and oversee all phases of construction projects ensuring adherence to project timelines budgets and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects consultants subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and project .
• Supervise site engineers and construction teams providing technical guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and review project documentation including contracts schedules and reports.
• Manage project budgets track expenditures and implement costsaving measures where possible.
• Resolve any onsite issues delays or challenges ensuring timely resolution to avoid project disruptions.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations health and safety standards and contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 57 years of experience in project management or site engineering within the construction industry.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on largescale commercial or residential construction projects in the UAE.
• PMP or other project management certifications.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is an advantage.
