ROLE: Teens Club Animator
We are seeking a creative and energetic Teens Club Animator to join our hotels entertainment team. As a Teens Club Animator you will be responsible for organizing and leading engaging activities and programs for teens staying at our hotel. Your role is crucial in creating a fun and safe environment where guest can play learn and make friends while their parents relax.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- Plan organize and execute a variety of ageappropriate activities and games for children ensuring they are entertaining and educational.
- Welcome teens and their families providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Supervise guest during activities to ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area ensuring it is safe and inviting.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate special events and themed activities.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures particularly those related to child safety and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in promoting Kids Club activities and events to hotel guests through various channels.
- Proven experience in recreational activities preferably in a hotel/resort setting.
- Ability to engage children of various ages through creative and stimulating activities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with children and parents.
- Patience enthusiasm and a genuine love for working with teens
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (preferred).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality fresher or 1year experience in 45 star hotel.
