We are seeking an experienced Event Planning / Housekeeping Supervisor to join one of our clients in Dubai. Your role will be to manage a team of event assistants / housekeeping staff and ensure smooth operational activities at event / photoshoot. Ensuring efficiency quality and customer satisfaction. As a housekeeping Supervisor you have to manage and support assistants drivers and any other relevant staff by encouraging them to deliver highquality services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of studio assistants and drivers
- Schedule shifts and assignments for the team to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
- Provide training and guidance to new employees ensuring they adhere to studio standards and procedures.
- Establish and enforce companys grooming standards ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
- Provide guidance and resources for personal grooming and hygiene practices as needed.
- Conduct periodic checks to ensure compliance with grooming policies and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Client Relations:
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met.
- Address client inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Operational Efficiency:
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in working order.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and place orders as needed to replenish stock.
- Oversee the inventory of items equipment and supplies used.
- Ensure items are organized catalogued and readily accessible.
- Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of equipment.
Car Management:
- Maintain the studios cars
- Schedule regular maintenance and inspections of all vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Coordinate transportation logistics for assistants assignments including vehicle preparation and driver assignments.
Quality Assurance:
- Review assistants and drivers to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Provide constructive feedback to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct periodic quality checks to uphold the companys reputation for excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (minimum of 35 years) in a supervisory role within a Hospitality Customer Service or similar environment.
- Mandatory to have Valid UAE Driving License
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results under tight deadlines.
- Problemsolving skills to address scheduling conflicts equipment requests and other operational issues efficiently
- Ability to accommodate flexibility in dayoff arrangements as per business needs willing to work on weekends & holidays
