We are looking for an experienced ERP Functional Consultant to lead the successful implementation of ERP systems and provide ongoing support to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate client needs into effective ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP implementation projects from planning through to golive including requirement gathering process mapping configuration testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to identify business needs design solutions and ensure successful system integration.
- Customize and configure ERP modules to meet businessspecific requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for endusers and provide ongoing support postimplementation.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and system performance.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to system configurations processes and user manuals.
- Work with technical teams to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing ERP implementation projects and delivering results within scope and timelines.
- Relevant ERP certification (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
