Full job description
- Develop and maintain project schedule and distribute information in a timely manner to ensure that full compliance to the contract is adhered to
- Manage and monitor all subcontractor works for compliance to their contracts
- Liaise with commercial department and Project Quantity Surveyor on all variations and cost implications
- Timely submission of material submissions to client
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports for submission to Senior Management and Client
- Attend all designated meetings with Client or nominated representative with subcontractors designers site factory and office
- Coordinate the flow of information between subcontractors
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships and contacts
- Review the technical queries/clarifications from the subcontractor prepare clarification and raise the relevant queries/clarifications
- Coordinate / follow up with subcontractors / draftsman to ensure drawing submittals are completed as per schedule.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4 to years of Interior Fitout & Joinery experience
- Engineering degree
- Developed computer skills (CAD MS Excel MS Office MS Project / Primavera Databases Planning tools etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English is preferred.
