Project Coordinator -Interior Fitout

Full job description

• Develop and maintain project schedule and distribute information in a timely manner to ensure that full compliance to the contract is adhered to
  
• Manage and monitor all subcontractor works for compliance to their contracts
  
• Liaise with commercial department and Project Quantity Surveyor on all variations and cost implications
  
• Timely submission of material submissions to client
  
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports for submission to Senior Management and Client
  
• Attend all designated meetings with Client or nominated representative with subcontractors designers site factory and office
  
• Coordinate the flow of information between subcontractors
  
• Establish and maintain supplier relationships and contacts
  
• Review the technical queries/clarifications from the subcontractor prepare clarification and raise the relevant queries/clarifications
  
• Coordinate / follow up with subcontractors / draftsman to ensure drawing submittals are completed as per schedule.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4 to years of Interior Fitout & Joinery experience
  
• Engineering degree
  
• Developed computer skills (CAD MS Excel MS Office MS Project / Primavera Databases Planning tools etc.)
  
• Excellent communication skills in English is preferred.
