SENIOR IT OFFICER - HARMONY MEDICAL GROUP

SUMMARY OF REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must be able to plan organize direct control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing; to develop and implement its policies and procedures.
• Identify plan and execute the IT needs of the organisation
• Managing the IT infrastructure of the organisation and ensuring 24x7 Support through internal and external resources
• Plan and negotiate procurement of all IT assets of the organisation
• Act as an escalation point for all IT and process related issues and ensure uninterupted services to the business functions.
• Should be able to advice on change in technologies and
• systems currently used in order to accomplish the required progressive results in IT Department.
• Troubleshoot hardware software and network operating systems.
• QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Information Systems or a related field or equivalent experience
• PROVEN EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS IN IT OPERATIONS.
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems security network and systems administration databases and data storage systems and phone systems
