Maxguard Auto Services is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources for our growing automotive services company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee fullcycle recruiting including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and managing the onboarding process for new hires

2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

3. Manage employee relations addressing concerns and resolving conflicts as needed

4. Administer compensation and benefits programs including payroll processing

5. Design and conduct training and development programs for employees at all levels

6. Maintain accurate and uptodate HR records and documentation

7. Provide guidance and support to managers on HRrelated issues

8. Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies

9. Monitor and report on key HR metrics to support decisionmaking

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.

2. 3 years of experience in HR preferably in the automotive services industry

3. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

6. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
