Landscape Manager
Position Overview:
As the Landscape Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the companys landscaping projects. This includes managing a team of landscapers coordinating with clients and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining the companys equipment and ensuring a high level of quality in all landscaping work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of landscapers including hiring training and scheduling
Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and develop project plans accordingly
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues or concerns
Maintain and repair landscaping equipment as needed
Monitor the quality of work performed by the team and make adjustments as necessary
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in landscaping techniques
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in engineering from a governmental university is a must.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a landscaping management role
Proven track record of successfully managing landscaping projects from start to finish
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Indepth knowledge of landscaping techniques materials and equipment
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and landscaping software programs
