Job Description:
Job Title: SEO/SEM Specialist
Location: Dubai UAE
Position Type: Fulltime

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in SEO/SEM with a focus on the Dubai market. Job Summary: As an SEO/SEM Specialist at you will be responsible for developing implementing and managing our SEO and SEM strategies to enhance our online visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website. The ideal candidate will have a deep
understanding of SEO/SEM best practices market trends and be able to develop and execute comprehensive strategies tailored to the Dubai region. You will leverage your expertise to optimize our digital marketing efforts ensuring alignment with our business objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Implementation:
  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify highvalue keywords and optimize onpage and offpage SEO elements.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary changes to improve site performance speed and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest SEO trends algorithm updates and best practices.

SEM Strategy & Management:
  • Plan create and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads Bing Ads and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research ad copywriting and bid management to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
  • Optimize ad performance through A/B testing targeting adjustments and budget management.
  • Analyze SEM data generate reports and present performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

Technical Skills (SEM):
  • Google Ads Proficiency: Deep understanding of Google Ads including keyword research ad creation bid management and optimization techniques.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics Google Ads Reports and other analytics platforms to measure ROI clickthrough rates conversion rates and other KPIs.
  • Campaign Optimization: Experience with A/B testing ad copy optimization and targeting adjustments to improve ad performance and reduce costperclick (CPC).
  • Knowledge of SEM Tools: Familiarity with tools like SEMrush Ahrefs Moz or SpyFu for keyword research competitive analysis and SEO/SEM integration.
  • Budget Management: Proven track record of managing ad budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI) and avoid overspending

Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competitive landscape and opportunities in the Dubai market.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on SEO and SEM performance including recommendations for optimization and growth.
  • Track and analyze website traffic conversion rates and other key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Collaboration & Strategy Development:
  • Work closely with the marketing team content creators and web developers to align SEO and SEM strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving overall digital marketing performance.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO and SEM with a proven track record of successful campaigns and improved search rankings.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Business or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g. Google Ads Google Analytics) are a plus.

Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs Moz) and SEM platforms (e.g. Google Ads Bing Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics Google Search Console and other digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai market and understanding of local digital marketing trends and consumer behavior is highly desirable.
