Demand Planning Manager

Job Purpose:
We seek a skilled Demand Planning Manager to lead our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage a team of 5 professionals ensuring efficient and accurate demand planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of 5 demand planning professionals.
• Develop and implement demand planning processes.
• Analyze data to create accurate demand forecasts.
• Optimize inventory levels and implement control measures.
• Oversee ERP system usage for demand planning activities.
• Create reports and dashboards using advanced Excel skills.
• Continuously improve demand planning processes.
• Collaborate with sales marketing and finance teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management.
• Proven 2 years of managerial experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
