Position Summary:

Finance and Insurance Showroom Manager is responsible to provide insurance and financing services to customers by verifying sales information and determining the need for financing. The process will involve evaluating customer creditworthiness preparing financial and legal documents and selling products and services while maintaining rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure each sale is profitable by implementing effective sales strategies and negotiating terms.

Consistently meet or exceed established monthly sales targets through proactive sales techniques and customer engagement.

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and presenting products and services that meet those needs.

Evaluate customers needs for financing and explore various payment options to facilitate their purchase decisions.

Examine customers credit applications for completeness and accuracy ensuring that all necessary information is provided.

Align customers with suitable financial sources based on their credit profiles and follow up with both customers and lending institutions to ensure smooth.

Supply the sales team with uptodate information on finance programs benefits and extended service contracts to enhance their sales effectiveness.

Share knowledge of financial products and services with the sales team to support their ability to effectively offer and explain financing options.

Stay informed about professional developments new sales techniques and current industry issues through ongoing education and professional growth.

Utilize new digital tools and platforms to enhance sales processes and improve customer interactions.


Qualifications & Skills:

2 to 5 years in a sales environment experience in a similar role is preferred.

Proven ability to work under pressure and to accomplish demanding targets.

Able to manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.

MS Office skills.
