Roles & Responsibilities
Maintains accurate records of employee time and attendance using timekeeping software and hardware
Verifies and corrects timecard errors and discrepancies
Calculates and processes payroll in a timely manner
Maintains confidentiality of employee information and payroll records
Works with HR and management to resolve payroll and timekeeping issues
Provides support and training to employees on timekeeping procedures
Generates reports on time and attendance for management
Keeps current with changes in laws and regulations regarding payroll and timekeeping
