Key responsibilities:
Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Utilize PlanSwift software to prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs and budget forecasts for our projects. Ensure all estimates are comprehensive and reflect the project's scope and specifications.
Tender Preparation: Prepare and review tender documents, including Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and other necessary documentation. Assist in evaluating tenders and selecting suitable contractors.
Cost Control and Monitoring: Monitor project costs and expenditures, identifying potential cost overruns and implementing corrective actions as needed. Provide regular cost reports and forecasts to project stakeholders.
Contract Administration: Administer contracts and manage variations, claims and disputes. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions and negotiate and resolve contractual issues.
