ROLE: Kids Club Animator
We are seeking a creative and energetic Kids Club Animator to join our hotels entertainment team. As a Kids Club Animator you will be responsible for organizing and leading engaging activities and programs for children staying at our hotel. Your role is crucial in creating a fun and safe environment where children can play learn and make friends while their parents relax.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Plan organize and execute a variety of ageappropriate activities and games for children ensuring they are entertaining and educational.
• Welcome children and their families providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Supervise children during activities to ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area ensuring it is safe and inviting.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate special events and themed activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their childrens participation and any specific needs or concerns.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures particularly those related to child safety and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in promoting Kids Club activities and events to hotel guests through various channels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in childcare education or recreational activities preferably in a hotel/resort setting.
• Ability to engage children of various ages through creative and stimulating activities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with children and parents.
• Patience enthusiasm and a genuine love for working with children.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification (preferred).
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
