Job Overview
As a Product Owner at Emirates NBD, your role is to
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for mobile onboarding journeys.
- Ensure the onboarding process is aligned with best practices in mobile UX design.
- Partner with development teams to deliver high-quality product increments.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure clear communication of requirements and priorities to development teams.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for onboarding success.
- Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize the onboarding process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, business value, and market trends.
- Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog for mobile onboarding journeys
- Write clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the backlog reflects current priorities and business objectives.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging onboarding experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
Skills And Experience
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree preferably in business studies or technology.
- In depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Minimum 5 to10 years of experience in agile delivery & mobile app development including on-boarding journeys and User Experience (UX) Design
- Experience of working in financial institutions
