VIP waiter

Guest Service: Provide toptier service to VIP guests ensuring a memorable and exceptional dining experience.

Order Taking and Serving: Accurately take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.

Menu Knowledge: Have comprehensive knowledge of the menu including ingredients preparation methods and potential allergens. Make recommendations based on guest preferences.

Special Requests: Handle special requests and dietary requirements with attention to detail and precision.

Table Setup: Prepare and set tables according to the establishment s standards ensuring cleanliness and an elegant presentation.

Communication: Liaise effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in a polite and friendly manner addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints or issues swiftly and efficiently ensuring guest satisfaction.

Upselling: Promote additional services and menu items to enhance the guest experience.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless service during busy periods and events.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 35 years of experience as a waiter in a highend restaurant or luxury hotel setting.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
    
  • Knowledge of fine dining service techniques and etiquette.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods carry heavy trays and perform physically demanding tasks.
