Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary Chief Commercial Officer with a proven track record in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry to oversee our ongoing commercial strategy and development. The CCO will be responsible for crafting the commercial strategy driving business growth and leading market penetration efforts in a highly competitive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a robust commercial strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives seeking to drive growth market share and revenue.
- Lead and mentor a team of senior management across various departments including sales marketing partnerships and customer support.
- Act as a key executive team member collaborating with other Csuite colleagues to steer company growth culture and success.
- Drive the companys positioning in the cryptocurrency market while keeping an eye on competitive landscapes and market trends.
- Secure strategic partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders within the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
- Oversee the endtoend customer journey ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and optimizing user experience and value proposition.
- Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes setting financial targets and ensuring resources are in place to achieve KPIs.
- Represent the company at conferences industry events and public speaking engagements to elevate the brand and its presence in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Marketing Finance Economics or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of senior management experience with atleast 4 years of experience in the related field.
- Extensive experience in the cryptocurrency blockchain or fintech sector with a proven track record of delivering commercial success.
- Indepth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets digital assets and regulatory requirements associated with them.
- Exceptional leadership and influencing skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and largescale projects.
- Strategic thinking with a strong business acumen and excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.
- Superior negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills coupled with the ability to form advantageous partnerships.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with employees stakeholders customers and investors alike.
- Proven experience in formulating and executing strategies at a high level including international expansion experience.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience as a Chief Commercial Officer or equivalent executive role.
- Executivelevel exposure to global markets with a keen understanding of international business customs and practices.
- Previous entrepreneurial experience or work within a highgrowth startup environment.
