Position Summary: The Vice President of Digital Marketing is a seniorlevel executive responsible for leading and overseeing the digital marketing strategy for an organization. This role involves coordinating with various departments to promote the company s brand products and services through digital channels ensuring consistency and measuring the success of digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company s objectives.
- Oversee the management of all digital channels (e.g. company s website social media email campaigns etc.) to ensure brand consistency.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team including hiring training and professional development.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Analyze customer insights consumer trends market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Stay uptodate with digital technology developments and leverage new technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize digital media spend and campaign effectiveness.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams including sales product development and customer service to support marketing goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and other vendor partners as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Vice President of Digital Marketing or similar seniorlevel position in the digital marketing or advertising domain.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with atleast 4 years of experience in the related field.
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
- Handson experience with SEO/SEM Google Analytics CRM software and content management systems.
- Experience with complex data analysis and reporting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to make difficult decisions.
- Advanced degree in Marketing or a related field.
