Preparing tea & coffee and other beverages for staffs & visitors * Arrange room for meeting (seating/refreshment) * Take charge and arrange kitchen supplies for the assigned location in regular basis * To regularly check the cleanliness of the visitors lounge (removing used cups and tidying the place as and when required) * Maintain the cleanliness of pantries * To deliver and pick up mail, messages, documents, packages and other items within the offices as and when required * Cleaning of all accessories like boiler, dish rack, utensils, crockeries, trays, etc * Remove and dispose of all food items in staff and pantry refrigerators on weekly basis * Cleaning of refrigerators & microwaves * General cleaning of pantries
