Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s Degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus • 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience. • Proficiency with MS Office software • Previous GCC experience is a plus • Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES • Outstanding customer service skills, active listening, and effective verbal and written communication. • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. scan machines, printers)
