JOB DESCRIPTION:
Processing orders received, making sales orders / invoices, creating New Item codes, checking inventory status and ordering items with Vendors/Suppliers via Microsoft Business Central (MBC) and Manzil (our internal portal)
Maintaining a master order tracker for efficient/effective order tracking and managing timely delivery by communicating with suppliers and customers consistently & effectively.
Communicate with shipping, logistics & warehouse dept. to ensure orders are shipped and received in our WH and delivered on time to the customers.
