Fashion Consultant

• Responsible for the daily operations of logistics and supply chain by providing timely, uninterrupted, and optimal delivery to consumers.
  
• Manage all matters relating to customs clearance, including requirements, authorization for outgoing shipments, and documentation.
  
• Works effectively across the organizations to ensure successful execution of supply chain support on many integrated efforts.
  
• Help with inventory control, purchasing, and stock planning analysis.
  
• Ensure prompt order fulfillment by collaborating closely with suppliers and cross departments.
  
• Outstanding intellectual and problem-solving abilities, extroverted personality, and capacity to function autonomously with little direction.
  
• The ability to recognize issues, gather information, and provide useful management reports
  
• Active participation in operational excellence and cost-savings initiatives that lower high repair and maintenance costs by achieving greater economies of scale.
  
• Take the initiative in developing the process flow and documentation to support increased effectiveness and quality throughout the Supply Chain function.
  
• Interaction between internal and external departments to resolve any operational problems that may arise (e.g. Supply Chain, Business Development, Factory, Logistics and the Forwarders).
  
• Coordinate/Liaise with the Third Warehouse/Logistics of the Agency.
  
• Authorizing legal and business papers (e.g. Contract, POs, Invoices)
  

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor s Degree/ Professional Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Transportation/ Logistic or relevant fields.
  
• At least 5 years of working experience in relevant fields.
  
• Strong Chinese and English writing and vocal communication abilities.
  
• Ability to speak Mandarin well is desired as this position involves interacting with Chinese management and clients who speak Mandarin.
  
• Have excellent calculation skills, outstanding Excel skills, and proficiency with a variety of Excel formulas.
  
• Excellent management and leadership abilities. Independent thought, initiative, dependability, and deadline responsibility.
  
• Capable of effectively communicating with individuals at various organizational levels.
  
• Solid expertise in warehouse management.
  
• Ideally a department leader with expertise in supply chain, logistics, or a comparable field.
