As a Compliance Support Specialist at Emirates NBD, your role is to ensure timely processing of Request for information pertaining to compliance. Contact customers through various available channels and seek the required justifications and clarifications to ascertain AML/Sanctions concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure complete, accurate responses to clients with appropriate justification and supporting documents.
- Conduct a quality review of responses & documents to avoid rejections.
- Meticulously follow-up with customers through all available channels and seek satisfactory justifications.
- Ensure adherence to laid down policies & procedures pertaining to AML and Sanctions.
- Propose and implement appropriate solutions, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all complaints and their resolutions.
- Prepare reports on complaint trends and outcomes for management review.
- Stay informed about banking regulations and ensure all complaint handling processes comply with relevant laws and guidelines.
- Assist in audits and regulatory reviews related to complaint management
Skills And Experience
- Holds a High School Degree
- 2-3 years of relevant Branch / Operations experience
- Relevant technical knowledge and skills
- Detail Oriented, able to work under pressure with a positive customer service attitude. Bilingual with English a must.
