Required Skills

• At least 6 years of information assurance experience, with 3-5 years of experience with business continuity planning, Business Impact Analysis, Emergency Preparedness, disaster recovery planning, testing or training
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in disaster recovery methodologies, including backup and recovery solutions, data replication, failover/failback procedures, and recovery testing.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT disaster recovery projects, including risk assessments, impact analyses, and recovery plan development.
• Effective organizational skills
• Effective time management skills
• Effective lateral thinking skills
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a team environment, leading teams to complete tasks in support of an initiative as well as work with a great degree of autonomy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
