Legal Counsel

Your Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts
• Offering independent, competent, and service-oriented legal advice to specialist departments
• Coordinating and overseeing collaboration with external law firms and managing correspondence with auditors, authorities, and notaries as needed
  

Your Qualifications

• Preferably 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an internationally active industrial company or an international law firm with a relevant focus
• Ability to find convincing solutions to complex legal issues and communicate them concisely
• Able to build beneficial relationships with internal stakeholders to promote sustainable success
• Independent, precise, solution- and team-oriented work style, unafraid of new tasks
• Business fluent in German and English; additional business fluent knowledge of French and/or Italian is highly desirable
