Job Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries regarding service schedules, vehicle maintenance, and service-related queries.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, documenting interactions, feedback, and service history details.
Update customer contact information regularly to facilitate effective communication.
Collaborate closely with the service team to schedule appointments and ensure seamless service delivery.
Address customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.
