LogisticsShipping Coordinator - KINETICS MIDDLE EAST LLC

Job Summary :

The Logistics/Shipping Coordinator is responsible for all areas relating to Order Processing (supply and subcontract orders) shipping and receiving placing stock orders and specialized orders to our suppliers while maintaining the companys principles practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely transactions between our business parties of Kinetics Middle East LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders; coordinate with warehouse credit control suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Negotiate deals with suppliers freight forwarders and customers.
• Ensure import/export compliance and manage documentation.
• Monitor and report on import/export activities.
• Coordinate with stock control warehousing and distribution.
• Arrange necessary freight logistics.
• Prepare supplier contracts with material details.
• Analyze costs and feasibility of client requests.
• Handle contractor payments and task allocations.

Skills Attributes Required:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills adept at professional collaboration.
• Proficient in Oracle NetSuite and order management.
• Prioritization expertise to meet strict deadlines and handle timesensitive tasks.
• Excellent time and resource management in a team environment.

Education:

• B.A. Administration Info Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

• 35 years experience with logistics shipping experience in the field as a shipping agent; with a minimum of 23 years of High Volume coordination/dispatching experience
