Property Finders most recent valuation secures our status among the Middle Easts emerging unicorns affirming a growthoriented identity.
Over the years weve expanded our operations to Bahrain Egypt Qatar Saudi Arabia and secured a strategic shareholding in Hepsiemlak the leading property portal in Turkey. With over 600 dedicated people in 6 regional offices we facilitate more than 14 million monthly visits across our platforms solidifying our position as a regional powerhouse in the proptech space.

Position Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager role at Property Finder is based in the UAE. It focuses on partnering with other functions to deliver an impactful B2B engagement agenda and B2B communication. The role contributes to the companys growth by effectively engaging with customers driving customer loyalty and product adoption and contributing to the businesss overall success. This role requires crossfunctional communication and alignment with other functions at Property Finder.
Minimum 6 years experience is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular meetings with the Country Manager commercial directors and team leads to ensure full alignment on customer engagement initiatives and key messages that drive positive impact on the Property Finder brand and customers businesses.
- Facilitates the flow of communication between commercial teams and the marketing team to ensure smooth internal communication and delivery of projects and campaigns.
- Work closely with the Business analytics team to define success metrics monitor progress and measure impact. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Liaise with relevant teams on all GTM comms related to pricing updates to ensure a clear and transparent flow of information between Property Finder and its partners.
- Developing and executing a B2B marketing engagement agenda for all partners from planning to delivery and postdelivery learnings and takeaways.
- Prepare regular industry communication about new features/ changes to the site.
- Conceptualizing new ideas/ initiatives/ developing supporting creatives targeting our broker/ developer database to secure new business create upsell opportunities generate revenue & increase engagement with our existing real estate industry clientele.
