Within our Taste Texture & Health Business Unit Taste Marketing Manager MENA is the lead the Marketing function for the cluster. This role forms part of the cluster Commercial team working closely with the Commercial Director Account Managers and the India Middle East & Africa (IMA) Regional Marketing Sr. Manager.

You will collaborate with various functions including Sales Business Unit Leads Regional Marketing and Technical team to drive marketing initiatives in the MENA cluster. This is a key role in the deployment of the cluster strategy.

Your key responsibilities

• Cluster functional drive for the MENA Marketing function.
• Drive marketing initiatives in the MENA Cluster.
• Support MENA strategy deployment and execution via marketing capabilities & tools.
• Support the cluster commercial team with a better market understanding and identifying growth opportunities for the Taste portfolio.
• Manage the library of standard cluster marketing materials.
• Build compiling customer presentations addressing commercial briefs.
• Drive proactive initiatives to deliver growth opportunities in the cluster.
• Support IMA regional marketing initiatives by handling adhoc projects.
• Drive internal marketing and communications for MENA cluster.

You bring

• University graduate preferably in Business Marketing or Food Science.
• 24 years of relevant experience in Marketing preferably in B2B within the food industry or withing FMCG industry (Beverages Dairy Confectionary).
• Strategic thinking forward looking mindset and strong business development skill set.
• Ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse audiences through various presentation modes.
• Can work effectively as part of a multifunctional team on complex projects.
• Language skills: English fluent French and/or Arabic will be an asset
