The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning execution and completion of projects within the organization. This role involves coordinating tasks managing schedules and ensuring that project goals and deadlines are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development of project plans and timelines
- Communicating with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
- Tracking and reporting on project milestones and deliverables
- Identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
- Facilitating meetings and preparing documentation
- Maintaining project documentation and records
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools is preferred.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field
Previous experience in project coordination or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g. MS Project Asana Trello)
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors and auxiliaries including associated international codes such as API and ISO Comprehensive understanding of HE and other regulatory compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable. Professional Certifications Certified Training in RCM Modules preferred. Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Certified Reliability Engineer according to ASQ Vibration Certification - At least Category II (Category III preferred) according to ISO 18436-2. Lube Analysis Certification - At least Level II Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA) (Category III preferred).
